Market Place Mexico is a unique little company that specializes in property administration and vacation/holiday rentals, tours to San Sebastian del Oeste, translation services, cooking classes and chefs for your daily meals or your special fiestas. Organically grown coffee and tequila of origin denomination are also part of our business.

Property Administration: We handle villas, higher-end homes and condos. Whatever you need to make your residence in Mexico more comfortable and to function properly, we can supply. Our company can assist you with staff, paying your bills and escrituras and arrange for your guests to have a memorable stay in your home.

Translation Services: If you are not fluent in Spanish, we can take charge or guide you through the legal paper work you don’t understand, help communicate with your staff and/or assist you in writing or speaking with the locals. Teresa is fluent in English and Spanish and is a certified language teacher.

Buyers Agent: If during your visit here to out beautiful Bahia de Banderas you wish to make it your second home, we can represent you in finding the perfect casa, villa, condo or lot. Nancy Rains has been in the real estate business in this area for over eight years. Buying in Mexico isn't difficult but it is different. Everything is done is Spanish and takes a little longer than north of the border. If she can't find what you need she can guide you to another reputable agent and help you along in that process from start to finish.

Architects and Interior Design:  Whether you build or find something already to move into, you will always want to add your own personal touches. We have several Mexican and foreign architects we can recommend. There are outstanding interior and exterior designers living in the immediate area. If you want to paint a wall or start from the ground up, these people come highly praised. Have you found a piece of furniture or art piece you would love to have? Cut it out and we can either have it made especially for you or search the artisans and factories for you

Chefs & Cooking Classes: Many vacationers don’t want to cook all of their meals or eat out every night. Our chefs can come to your home and prepare a variety of gourmet dishes you have chosen from their extensive menus. They arrive with their own staff, doing all the preparation, serving and cleaning up. All one has to do is sit back, enjoy a margarita or a glass of wine and be treated to a delightful experience.
Cooking classes can be arranged for 6 or more people.

Coffee & Tequila: Our coffee comes from the mountains of Jalisco. It’s organically grown and then hand picked. Every home in the small pueblo grows coffee; it’s picked and taken to the local roaster, La Quinta, where it is packaged for your enjoyment. We supply dark roast, decaf along with regular blend.
The Tequila we recommend range from Joven (Young), Reposado (Double Distilled) and Añejo (Aged and Extra Aged). We offer from the finest limited editions to sipping tequila or for mixing.

Tours: One of our favorites is the tour to this 400 year old pueblo of San Sebastian del Oeste. This old silver mining town of 300 residents, will make you step back in time while strolling the lanes and touring the Plaza. There are a couple of refurbished haciendas, homes and posadas (hostels) if one wished to spend a night or two.
