The first floor studio and the upper floors suite can be rented separately, or you can have the whole house sleeping 8.

The third floor has a bar and sitting area where you can appreciate beautiful sunsets and the ocean view.

Below are the rates for the three rental options. 

High Season is from November 1st to April 30th.
Low Season is from May 1st to October 31st.
All rates are in US Dollars.
